Be a Mentor or Mentee
The mentorship program at TEAM Laramie is at the heart of our mission. It pairs Junior and Senior football players at Laramie High School with Freshmen and Sophomores to create a culture of leadership, support, and accountability within the team. Since launching over three years ago, the program has seen nearly 100 student-athletes participate—many of whom continue to stay involved and give back even after their official time in the program ends. This peer-to-peer connection helps younger athletes adjust to the demands of high school, both on and off the field, while empowering upperclassmen to lead by example.
