Sara Roberts
TEAM Laramie was founded by Sara Roberts, who launched the program from scratch while her son was playing football for Laramie High School. Driven by a vision to build leadership, connection, and community service into the team culture, Sara created a program that continues to grow each year. She works closely with the Laramie football coaching staff to run TEAM Laramie year-round, helping guide both the mentorship and service aspects of the organization with passion and purpose.
